We are pleased to share some exciting news with you! Westgroup Financial Management is honoured to welcome Brad Hyde as our new Senior Vice President of Tax & Estate Planning, joining our leadership team effective February 2026.

Brad is a highly respected leader in the financial services industry with over 35 years of experience helping individuals, business owners, and advisors navigate complex tax and estate planning challenges. z depth of expertise and a long-standing commitment to thoughtful, client-centered planning that aligns seamlessly with our values at Westgroup.

Prior to joining Westgroup, Brad served as Director of Tax and Estate Planning at IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc., where he provided strategic leadership and advanced planning expertise across the organization.

Throughout his distinguished career, Brad has focused on developing practical, tailored solutions that help clients preserve wealth, minimize tax burdens, and create clarity around legacy planning. He is known for his collaborative approach, working closely with clients and their professional advisors to build comprehensive strategies that reflect each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

Brad holds multiple industry designations and has served in leadership roles within the estate and tax planning community, including participation in professional councils and advisory boards. His experience, insight, and genuine dedication to serving clients will play an important role in helping Westgroup continue to support families and business owners with clarity and confidence over the long term.

Outside of his professional life, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through golf, hiking, and travel, always bringing the same thoughtful focus and energy to life outside of work that he does to his planning work with clients.
